Check-in is after 15:00 on the day of arrival. Please contact us if you wish to check-in earlier.

Check-out is possible until 12:00 on the day of departure. If you would like to check-out later, please contact us.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. A cleaning fee may apply if you smoke in the accommodation.

Parking is available free of charge.

A cleaning fee may apply if extra cleaning is necessary. An extra cleaning fee is 250,00 EUR.

Reservations

Standard reservation: A standard reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

Non-Refundable reservation: A Non-Refundable reservation will be charged when the reservation is made. It is not possible to receive a refund if the reservation is cancelled.

Privacy policy

The hotel, as data controller, collects and processes personal data for the purposes of bookings and guests’ management, billings and payments, marketing actions and satisfaction enquiries. The data are intended to the hotel and its service providers. You have a right to interrogate, to access, to rectify and to object to the processing by writing to the hotel at the following address: stay@gardurapartments.is.

Applicable law and disputes

Stay With Us ehf./Garður Apartments – kt. 520121-4200, is registered in Iceland. All disputes shall be settled in the District Court of Reykjanes, Iceland.
